This paper analyzes the impact factors of the inner knowledge conflict level of radical innovation team ( RIT), such as motivation, state and tactics, using the method of combining fuzzy synthetic evaluation with the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP), then it builds up a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the inner knowledge conflict level of RIT, which provides a method to quantify the conflict. A case calculation verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.
