在大量文献研究及实际经验的基础上,建立了招聘外包风险的系统动力学模型,并利用VENSIM进行仿真模拟。实证结果表明:质量风险尤为突出,企业应重点关注和防范;综合实力强,业内口碑好的招聘外包服务商的机会主义行为在项目前期会增加质量风险,但随着项目的推进,反而会降低质量风险;提高风险管理的有效性具有双重性,虽然可以降低某一具体风险,但也会增加企业的成本风险。
Based on analysis of a large amount of literature and combined with the internship experience, this paper establishesthe system dynamics model of recruitment outsourcing risks,and then simulate it by VENSIM. The empirical results show that:enterprises should focus on and prevent quality risk which is highest; the opportunism behavior of recruitment outsourcing serviceprovider who has strong comprehensive strength and good public praise can increase the risk of quality at the early stage ofthe project, and with the progress of the project, it will reduce the quality risk;improving effectiveness of risk management hasa dual role. Though it is possible to reduce a specific risk, it will increase the cost risk of the enterprise.
