企业内外部关系产生的知识对突破性创新绩效具有十分重要的影响,本文通过文献研究提出相关理论假设,运用结构方程模型对关系契合、知识迁移与突破性创新绩效之间的关系进行实证研究.结果表明,社会资本契合和关系资本契合对知识迁移均有显著正向影响;而人力资本相关度与结构资本相关度对知识迁移的影响不显著,但关系资本契合与人力资本相关度交互作用对知识迁移却有显著正向影响;知识迁移对突破性创新绩效的两个维度均有不同程度地正向影响,其中对过程创新绩效维度的影响更显著.研究结论可为企业有效实施知识管理,进而提升突破性创新绩效提供借鉴和启示.
The knowledge about the internal and external relationships of an enterprise has significant impact on radical innovation performance. This paper puts forward relevant theoretical hypothesis through literature review and carries out an empirical study on the relationships among relationship fit, knowledge transfer and radical innovation performance utilizing the structural equation model. The result of the study shows that both the social capital fit and the relational capital fit have a significant positive influence on the knowledge transfer; The influence of human capital relevance and structural capital relevance on the knowledge transfer is not significant, but the interaction of relational capital fit and human capital relevance has a significant positive influence on the knowledge transfer; The knowledge transfer positively influences both dimensions of radical innovation performance in different degrees and the influence on the dimension of process innovation performance is more significant. The conclusions of the study may provide reference and inspiration for enterprises to effectively implement knowledge management and improve radical innovation performance.
