This paper extended the models of references [1] and [2].The extending model is permitted that the highest acceptable bid is random variables about bidder.For this model,we have calculated that the transaction probability,mean transaction price,the joint distribution probability and marginal distributions for the number of bid price in transacting and transaction price.
