The mixed exponential distributions of the lifetime and death-time for a certain state set of Markov chain are given,and the constrained equations between the differential coefficients of distribution and transition rates are provided.Based on these constrained equations,it is derived that all transition rates can be uniquely determined by the distributions of the lifetime and death-time at the central state O and the neighboring states for the Markov ion channels of star-graph branch type.As a result,algorithm to exactly calculate all transition rates is developed.Numerical example is included to show the validity of the algorithm in the paper.
