新中国成立六十多年来,我国基础教育课程进行了八轮大规模改革,形成了当前现行的基础教育课程体系,并积累了许多宝贵的历史经验和教训。全面梳理新中国六十多年来的八轮基础教育课程改革,可以总结出如下历史经验:课程改革需立足本土国情,坚持实事求是;必须激发教师的课程参与,发挥人的能动作用;坚持兼顾社会与个人需求的价值取向;兼顾课程改革的灵活性与统一性。这些历史经验对未来基础教育的课程改革仍有重要指导价值。
China's basic education curriculum has eight reforms since the founding of New China over 60 years. It not only forms the current existing basic education curriculum,but also accumulates a lot of valuable historical experience and lessons. Comprehensively sort the eight-round basic education curriculum reforms,the historical experience can be summed up as follows:( 1) Curriculum reform should be based on the local conditions and seek truth from facts;( 2) Teachers must be stimulated to participate in and play a dynamic role;( 3) Both community values and personal needs are to be adhered to;( 4) Equal attention shall be paid to both the unity and flexibility of curriculum reform.The historical experience is still of instructional significance for the future conduct of basic education curriculum reform.
