生活德育与知识德育在理论上并不构成一对矛盾。生活德育离不开知识,因为在生活中建构道德、在道德引导下建构生活,都需要知识来加以引导。没有知识的生活是蒙昧、黑暗、封闭的生活。知识德育有两种:实然的知识德育与本然的知识德育,生活德育论所批判的只是当今中国实然的知识德育。本然的知识德育是从生活经验开始,提高学生的道德认识,使学生掌握道德真理、实现道德自觉,并引导学生建构"可能生活"。知识德育是科学、民主、人道、专业化的德育。道德知识是价值与事实的统一。生活德育与知识德育的统一性体现在许多方面。
Theoretically, life moral education and knowledge moral education are not contradictory to each other. Life moral education cannot be separated from knowledge in that they support each other. Life without knowledge is uncivilized, dark and closed. Knowledge moral education is classified into the actual education and the essential education. Actually, life moral education criticizes only the actu- al knowledge moral education in China. Conversely, starting from life experience, the essential moral knowledge education aims to improve students' moral cognition and realize their grasp of moral truth and moral awareness. Besides, it guides them to construct a "life of feasibility". Moral knowledge edu- cation is characterized with scientificity, democratization, humanity and specialization. It is the integrity of value and fact. The integrity of the two education pattern could be traced to numerous different aspects.
