针对焦炉生产工作环境恶劣而机车定位控制和走行联锁要求高的实际状况,提出了基于感应无线技术的焦炉机车自动走行控制方案。以感应无线技术为基础,提出了机车地址检测、数据通信以及过程控制的方法,探索机车定位控制原理和方案。研究并建立了焦炉四大机车与中控室间的数据交换系统,利用双差分天线接收技术和收发分离技术来抑制各种干扰,特别是变频干扰和同频干扰。研究同轨道多机车定位控制应用模式,构建多机车自动走行三维立体控制结构。最后对提出的方案进行评估,以满足对焦炉机车自动走行控制的要求。
Aiming at the practical condition of bad working environment and the high requirements of positioning control and running interlocking of coke oven locomotives, the automotive running control plan of coke oven locomotive based on induction radio is proposed in this study. This research proposes the methods of locomotive address detection, data communication and process control based on induction radio technology, and explores the principle and scheme of locomotive positioning control.The data exchange system between the four locomotives and the central control room of the coke oven is studied, which is used to suppress the interference of the double differential antenna receiving technology and the separation technology,especially frequency interference and co frequency interference.The application mode of multi locomotive positioning control in the same track is studied.The multi locomotive automatic walking and three dimensional control structures are constructed.Finally the proposed scheme is evaluated in order to meet the requirements of the automatic control of the coke oven.
