Universities should further clarify the relationship between the school de- velopment and the teachers＇professional growth, and create a good culture atmosphere, perfect teacher certifi- cation and appointment, pay attention to academic freedom and academic autonomy, strengthen teacher educa- tion and training, strengthen teacher- student communication and interaction, focus on the teachers＇awareness of self - development and the ability to reflect and so on, and take multi - pronged approach to promote the o- verall improvement of the teacher＇s individual quality and overall level.
