Based on the present status of eastern China economic development, studying the domestic and international present condition of intellectual property pledge financing, this essay aims to come up with some innovative concepts about the appropriate intellectual property pledge financing mode for eastern China, and put forward suggestions on the promotion and development of intellectual property pledge financing mode in the eastern China, to push the further carrying-out of intellectual property pledge financing and provide more financial support for science and technology enterprises.
