以β-环糊精和阿拉伯胶为复合壁材,以包埋率为指标,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计试验对超声法制备苯甲酸钠微胶囊的工艺条件进行优化。试验结果表明:超声法制备苯甲酸钠包合物的最佳工艺条件为β-CD∶阿拉伯胶质量比1∶2.72、超声波功率144 W,包埋温度56.8℃,芯/壁材质量比1∶3.53;回归方程预测的理论包埋率可达62.70%。
Taking β-cyclodextrin and Arabic gum as compound wall material and embedding rate of sodium benzoate as main index, the Box-Behnken response surface methodology for optimization of sodium benzoate microcapsules by ultrasound method was conducted. Results showed that optimum process conditions of preparation of sodium benzoate clathrate by ultrasonic was mβ-CD∶mgum Arabic 1∶2.72, ultrasonic embedding power 144 W, embedding temperature 56.8 ℃, core/wall material ratio 1 ∶ 3.53, the theoretical embedding rate predicted by regression equation can reach 62.70%under this condition.
