传统经济学理论对于创业活动在微观层面对集群形成的作用未给予足够重视;集群最重要的特征是产业相关企业的聚集和关联,而创业正是这些企业得以产生并最终推动集群形成的微观经济基础。研究认为,创业孵化和剥离创业是集群形成的主要动因,并以此视角从微观层面分析以创业能力为中介的创业孵化和剥离创业机制,建立创业孵化-创业能力-剥离创业-集群形成的解释模型,然后用实际案例做了验证,最后提出政策建议。
英文摘要：
The effect of entrepreneurial activity on the cluster formation has not been emphasized sufficiently from a micro level by traditional economics theories.The most important feature of industrial cluster is the connection and agglomeration of relative enterprises in industry,and the entrepreneurial activities are the micro economic foundation in pushing the emergence of these enterprises and leading the cluster formation.This paper argues that entrepreneurial incubation and spinoff are the dynamics of cluster formation,and analyzes its mechanism based on entrepreneurial capabilities as a mediator.This paper creates an entrepreneurial incubation——spinoffs model to explain the mechanism,and introduces a case to test the model.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions.
