采用一维介电体系中处理光传播的方法—传输矩阵法,详细推导了含有缺陷层的异质镜像光子晶体(ABCCBA)PD(ABCCBA)Q中透射率的计算公式,并用Matlab编程模拟了异质三周期镜像光子晶体中无缺陷层和引入缺陷层D时,光子带隙的数目和带宽及缺陷模的数目和透射率随缺陷层位置、厚度、介质周期数的变化情况。模拟结果表明:对于此结构的光子晶体,当缺陷层位于中央位置、周期数N=8、10,厚度变化且为某些特定值时,其光子带隙数目、缺陷模数目及透射率有最佳值。这一研究为设计可调谐滤波器、多通道滤波器提供了重要的理论基础。
Using the optical propagation method of transfer matrix in one-dimensional dielectric system,it is deduced the calculation formula of transmittance of the triply periodic heterostructure mirror photonic crystal(ABCCBA)PD(ABCCBA)Q with the defect layer D.Along with the changes of the position and thickness of the defect layer and the medium cycle number,the changes of the number and the bandwidth of the optical band gap and the number and transmittance of the defect mode were simulated on the heterostructure mirror photonic crystal with or without defect layer using Matlab.The simulation results show that,when the defect layer is located at the central position,the cycle number N=8 or 10,and the thickness changes in accordance with the specific value,the number of both the optical bandgap and the defect mode,and transmittance reach the best value.
