随着中外合作办学在我国发展规模的日益扩大,很多由文化等差异而导致的外籍教师与中国学生之间的冲突问题涌现。以郑州某高校合作办学项目为研究对象进行实地研究和深入调查,从其能够融洽相处的原因和产生矛盾的原因中具体分析中外师生间存在的融合与冲突,可以为中外合作办学的优化提出具体措施。
Due to the growing scale of the joint venture universities in the the development of our country, many problems occur because of the cultural differences between foreign teachers and Chinese students. Throught the field study and investigation of a joint-venture university project in Zhengzhou, from the reason and the cause of the integration and conflict between Chinese and foreign teachers and students, this paper provides countermeasures for the the optimization of Sino-foreign joint venture universities.
