建设生态文明型城市是我国社会经济发展的主要形式和必然趋势，城市休闲空间的设计是旅游规划和城市规划的主要内容，对城市生态文明的建设有重要影响。文章以青岛市为例，论述了城市公共休闲空间存在的主要问题，通过建立青岛市城市生态文明建设的基础现状指标，构建城市公共休闲空间的建设与生态文明基础建设的评价指标体系和耦合模型．针对现状提出了一系列为实现城市生态文明建设和居民休闲可持续发展的保障措施。
英文摘要：
As the construction of cities with ecological civilization is not only the main form but also the inevitable trend of the social and economic development of China, the design of leisure space constitutes the main content of both tourism and urban planning that greatly affects the construction of urban ecological civilization. This paper is an inquiry into the major problems in the urban recreative space in Qingdao from such perspectives as defining an index for the basis and current situation of ecological civilization construction, es- tablishing an evaluation index and a coupling model for urban public recreative space design and the construction of ecological civilization. Accordingly, a series of measures to be taken to realize the urban ecological civilization construction and sustainable development of residents＇ leisure time recreation.
