氢气以其清洁、无污染、热值高的特征和广泛的来源,被认为是未来的良好能源载体。自然条件中,很多微生物可以利用有机底物或者水和光能代谢产生氢气。通过基因工程技术手段可以提高这些微生物的产氢能力,更有利于生物制氢技术的工业化应用和推广。文章综述了近年来基因工程手段在发酵法生物制氢领域的研究和应用情况,对现有的研究成果进行了比较,并对该技术将来在生物制氢领域的发展趋势做以预测分析。
Hydrogen gas (Ha), which has the advantages of clean, environmentally friendly and high energy content, is considered to be an alternative energy carrier in future. Many microorganisms can produce H2 naturally by organic wastewater dark- or photo-fermentation. In order to promote the industrial application and promotion of biological hydrogen production technology, genetic engineering methods were used to enhance the hydrogen production capability. This paper reviewed the genetic engineering technology utilizations and research results of biohydrogen production in recent years, and gave a future improvement trend analysis and prediction for genetic engineering in biohydrogen production fields.
