比较并改进流行的矿渣活性指标的测试方法,测试了超细矿渣粉的活性,并研究超细矿渣粉-水泥胶凝体系的水化机理及水化产物。试验结果表明超细矿渣粉-水泥胶凝体系NaOH溶液浸泡养护模式激发效果最好,活性指数达到116%。XRD分析表明超细矿渣粉-水泥胶凝体系的主要水化产物是、钙矾石。水化早期钙矾石峰随着矿粉掺入量而增强,胶凝体系的早期强度主要来自AFt晶体结构网络。随着超细矿渣粉逐渐消耗水泥水化产生的Ca(OH)2,体系后期强度主要来自超细矿渣粉在Ca(OH)2激发下反应得到的CSH凝胶网络。
The activity index measure methods were comparatively studied, the activity of super fine ground granulated blast furnace slag is hereby measured by means of improved methods,and the hydration mechanism of super fine ground granulated blast furnace slag - cement system is also studied as well as its hydration produces.The results indicate that thecement system has the highest hydration activity index of 116%after it was cured in the NaOH solution.The XRD analysis shows that the main hydration produces of super fine ground granulated blast furnace slag - cement system are Ca (OH) 2 and AFt. The AFt characteristic peaks at early hydration stage increases with the proportion of super fine ground granulated blast furnace slag, the early age strength of this cemenfifious system sources from AFt network. Consequently, The final strength is caused by CSH gel network since the super fine ground granulated blast furnace slag consumes Ca(OH) : ,which produced by cement hydration.
