From real estate buyers,developers,real estate markets and financial innovation four dimensions,explores the influence of the property market series new policies since the end of 2014. Research shows that the new policies significantly stimulate the property market demand,but the supply side is still no improvement. Therefore,puts forward some thoughts of administering real estate high inventory problem,distinctively discriminating between different city property market,strengthening the real estate supply side reforms.
