农民工是中国工业化、城市化进程中出现的、具有鲜明中国特色的新事物。新生代农民工拥有更高职业期望,渴望融入城市生活,更加关注身份等同、他人尊重与社会认同等。然而,由于知识技能缺乏、城乡二元制度等原因,他们在城市融合中面临诸多现实困难,依然遭受身份歧视、制度排斥、隐性隔离等不公平待遇。这既降低了农民工的工作生活质量和用工企业生产效率,也对当前我国大力推进的新型城镇化战略产生巨大障碍。新生代农民工问题是社会经济转型期我国亟待解决的战略性难题,它不仅关系到我国工业化和城镇化进程,也对城乡一体改革与和谐社会建设产生重要影响。政府需要积极采取措施从制度保障和社会认知文化等方面消除地域与身份歧视,真正赋予农民工"国民"待遇。尤为重要的是,用工企业是农民工实现身份转变的载体,是帮助其实现都市融合的微观平台,也是其身份认同感知的"核心场"。
Different from the existing literatures focused on the minimum wage, social security and household registration system, this paper builds a game model between employer firms and migrant workers, to explore the role of identification of migrant workers on their behavior and working efficiency. The study finds that: (1) identification and wages have alternative incentive effect to migrant workers; (2) the identification strategy implemented by employer firms changes the wage payment balance to migrant workers ; (3) with the increasing of migrant workers' sensitiveness to identification, the incentive effect of identification strategy becomes more significant. This paper deepens and expands the theoretical cognition about the issue of new- generation migrant workers, and also can contribute some new knowledge to the literatures in the field of identification.
