The current university student gets employed difficultly.The reason has both the objective aspect,and has university student own.This article analyzed the subjective factor of the university student to be insufficient in the employment through the cruising data.The university should pay great attention the guidance of the thought aspect and the instruction of the employment aspect.University student should also improve own overall quality.
