在室温和盆栽的条件下,用不同浓度的DCPTA溶液对洛麦21浸种,然后测定幼苗的生理学和形态学指标,研究DCVIA对小麦的影响。结果表明:DCPTA提高了小麦幼苗的呼吸强度.当处理浓度为1:1500时小麦幼苗的呼吸强度最大,比仅用蒸馏水处理的对照提高了91.3%:增加了小麦幼苗的叶绿素含量,当DCPTA处理浓度为1:1500时的叶绿素含量最高,比对照提高了10.87%;DCPTA还降低了小麦幼苗的丙二醛含量,处理浓度为1:1500时小麦幼苗的丙二醛含量比对照减少了19.18%。另外,DCPTA促进了洛麦21的植株生长,株高和根长都比对照有所提高。本试验采用DCPTA对洛麦21种子进行浸泡处理,结果促进了幼苗的生长,说明DCPTA浸种处理可能对小麦有增产作用。
The seed of Luomai21 were soaked by DCPTA with different concentration solutions at room temperature and were planted in the flowerpot. Then the physiological characters and morphological traits of seedling were analyzed to study the effects of DCPTA on the growth of wheat. The results showed that the respiratory intensity and chlorophyll content of Luomai21 increased and reached the top by the rate of 91.3% and 10.87% respectively than contrast when the concentration of DCPTA was 1 : 1500. And the content of MDA was decreased by the rate of 19.18%. Furthermore, the plant height and root length were increased by the DCPTA too. Thus we could conclude that DCPTA promote the growth of wheat seedlings by seed soaking.
