通过考察单体用量、引发剂用量、反应温度和反应时间,研究壳聚糖改性絮凝剂制备的影响因素,利用红外光谱和扫描电镜对其结构进行表征,并通过计算其对污水中COD和浊度的去除率,研究其污水处理性能。实验结果表明,当接枝率和接枝效率达到最高时,单体用量与壳聚糖的比值为5∶1,引发剂与壳聚糖的比值为6∶1,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3 h。质量分数1%的改性壳聚糖投加量为2 m L时COD去除率最高达81%,质量分数为1%的改性壳聚糖投加量为3 m L时浊度去除率最高达93%。
In the process of observing the quantity of monomer dosage, initiator dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time, the influence of making modified chitosan flocculant was researched. Infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe its structural characterization. In the process of calculating the removal rate of turbidity and COD, the best quantity of modified chitosan flocculant was studied. The results show that the ratio of monomer to chitosan was 5 : 1 when the grafting rate and grafting efficiency were the highest, the ratio of initiator to chitosan was 6 : 1, the reaction temperature was 50℃ and the reaction time was 3 h. COD removal rate of the highest rate of 81% of the 1% modified chitosan dosage was 2 mL, and the highest turbidity removal rate of 93% of the amount of 1% modified chitosan dosage was 3 mL.
