猪肺疫又称“锁喉疯”，它是由猪多杀性巴氏杆菌引起，具有发病急，死亡快的特点。该病在温州地区自2014年7月至2015年8月，时有发生。本文主要针对永嘉、平阳等地猪场送检的4份猪肺疫疑似病料，开展了相关试验。通过病料触片染色，分离纯化、生化试验、PCR分型鉴定，结果表明分离到4株猪源巴氏杆菌，血清型均为A型。随后，对分离菌株进行了小白鼠毒力试验，结果表明均对小白鼠有很强的致病性。这些试验的开展，为猪肺疫暴发的地区，选用A型疫苗菌株预防该病提供了理论依据。

英文摘要：

Swine Pasteurellosis is also called ＂Throat lock closure＂, which is caused by the Pasteurella multocida, with the characteristics of rapid onset and acute mortality.The disease had occurred sometimes in the Wenzhou region from July 2014 to 2015 August. This paper mainly had carried out the experimetns about 4 disease materials which was sent by the pig farms of Yongjia, Pingyang. The results of the experiments suggested that it has isolated the 4 strains Pasteurella multocida of swine, by the experiments ,such as contacting and staining the pieces, Isonation and Purification,Biochemical test, and PCR genotyping identification.The results suggested that the 4 strains of serotypes was Type A.The mouse toxicity test suggested that the pathogenicit was severely.These results of expriments provid the basis of theory for the prevention of the disease, which could inject the type A vaccine strain.
