中药慢湿煎剂治疗血虚风燥型湿疹的疗效评价

目的探讨慢湿煎剂治疗血虚风燥型湿疹的安全性和有效性。方法将80例血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予曲安尿素乳膏联合依巴斯汀片治疗,观察组给予中药慢湿煎剂联合依巴斯汀片及曲安尿素乳膏治疗,治疗4周后比较2组临床疗效、皮肤生活质量指数（DLQI）评分和湿疹指数（EASI）评分。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为95%,对照组为80%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后2组EASI、VAS和DLQI各项评分均明显降低（P均〈0.05）,且观察组显著低于对照组（P均〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率及复发率均显著低于对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论中药慢湿煎剂联合抗组胺药物治疗血虚风燥型湿疹效果显著,可改善患者的生活质量和临床症状,降低不良反应发生率和复发率,值得临床重视。

英文摘要：

Objective It is to investigate the safety and effectiveness of Man-Shi decoction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness eczema. Methods 80 patients with chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and 40 cases in each group,the patients were treated with Qu an Urea Cream combined with Ebastine tablets in control group,and with Man-Shi decoction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Qu an Urea Cream and Ebastine tablets in the observation group. After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,dermatology life quality index（ DLQI） and eczema area and severity index（ EASI） score were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 95% in the observation group and was 80% in the control group,there was significant difference between the both groups（ P 0. 05）; after treatment,the score of EASI,VAS and each factor of DLQI in both groups were decreased significantly（ all P 0. 05）,and the score of the observation group were markedly lower than those in the control group（ all P 0. 05）; the rate of adverse reaction and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower significantly than those in the control group（ all P 0. 05）. Conclusion Man-Shi decoction of traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable effect for the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness eczema,it can improve the quality of life and the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical importance.
