为顺应现代教育观念的要求，提高高校大学生创新精神和研究能力，我院实施以导师负责制为核心，组织医学本科生参与教师科研工作，开展科研教育，加强对学生科研实践和创新意识的培养，训练学生动手和独立分析、解决问题的能力，鼓励教师把科研创新精神和研究成果贯穿于教学的全过程。实现了科研和教育教学相长的目的。
英文摘要：
In order to meet the requirements of the concept in modem education , it is essential to enhance the innovation spirit and research ability of the college students. So it will be an efficient way to strengthen the cultivation in the consciousness of scientific research practices and innovation during the medical college participating the scientific research of teacher in tutor system, and train the ability in practice and analysis and solve problem independently. Simultaneously, encourage the innovative spirit of scientific research and research achievements through the teaching process. So the destination of scientific research and teaching improved each other was come true.
