介绍了主动磁力轴承系统的工作原理和数学模型,针对该系统的高度非线性、本质不稳定性和参数不确定性,提出了一种适合于该系统的九点控制器的设计方案,该控制器具有控制算法简单、参数容易整定和抗干扰能力强等特点.在Sirnulink中的仿真结果表明,将该控制器用于磁力轴承系统的控制,与PID控制相比,能够明显减少系统的调节时间,系统抗干扰能力增强,设计方案有效.
The principle and mathematical model of active magnetic bearings (AMB) are introduced briefly. Focusing on this system's high nonlinearity,natural instability and parameter uncertainty, a design scheme using a nine point controller is proposed in this paper. This controller is a new type of intelligent controller, which has advantages of simple control algorithm and easy adjustment of parameters. The simulation results in Simulink demonstrate that applying this controller to the AMB system can shorten the settling time and strengthen the disturbance rejection ability compared with the PID controller. The designed controller is effective.
