市场导向型创业企业如何通过迭代创新模式实现其创新绩效,是互联网时代的重要研究议题,但目前对此进行探讨的相关文献仍较为匮乏。本文采用纵向多案例研究方法,以4家创业型企业为案例研究对象,深入探究了两类市场导向型创业企业在不确定性情境下如何通过迭代创新模式实现创新绩效的演化路径问题。研究发现,企业基于不同前提假设会采用不同的市场导向策略;不同市场导向型创业企业在迭代创新进程的不同阶段所面临的不确定性存在差异;市场导向型创业企业实现创新绩效存在两条路径,采取反应型市场导向的创业企业通常通过迅捷行动的方式促进创新速度的提升,而采取先动型市场导向的创业企业则往往通过持续改进的方式促进创新新颖性的实现。
How market-oriented enterprises implement innovative performance through iterative innovation is an important issue in the era of internet but there is not enough relevant literature to explore it.This paper explores the evolution path of two kinds of market-oriented enterprises achieving innovative performance through iterative innovation in uncertain situations,through longitudinal case study of four entrepreneurial enterprises.Our research results show that enterprises can adopt different market-oriented strategies based on different assumptions;different market-oriented enterprises may face different uncertainties at various stages of the process of iterative innovation;market-oriented enterprises attain innovative performance through two paths:responsive market-oriented enterprises usually promote innovative speed by means of swift action,while proactive market-oriented enterprises often get innovation of novelty by means of continual improvement.
