目的:了解食用菌栽培工人对粉螨的过敏情况。方法:选择60名食用菌栽培工人作为调查组,60名健康志愿者作为对照组,利用皮肤点刺试验(SPT)和血清粉螨特异性IgE抗体(sIgE)检测他们对粉螨变应原的过敏情况。结果:调查组60名食用菌栽培工人中SPT阳性率达16.7%,对照组60名健康志愿者中SPT阳性率为5.0%,两组比较有显著差异(χ^2=4.227,P〈0.05)。调查组中SIgE阳性率为13.3%,对照组中SIgE阳性率为1.7%,两组比较有显著差异(χ^2=4.324,P〈0.05)。结论:粉螨对食用菌栽培工人身体健康有一定的影响,虽感染率明显低于以往报道,仍应加强对食用菌栽培工人的劳动保护。
Objective: To understand the epidemic status of acariasis in edible fungi cultivation workers. Methods: 60 edible fungi cultivation workers were selected as investigation group, and 60 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The condition of acariasis allergy to them was survey by skin prick test(SPT) and specific IgE of mites detection in serum. Results: The positive rate of 60 workers in SPT was 16.7% in investigation group, the positive rate of 60 volunteers in SPT was 5% in control group, and significant difference was seen(χ^2=4.227, P〈0.05).The positive rate of 60 workers in slgE was 13.3% in investigation group, the positive rate of 60 volunteers in slgE was 5% in control group, and significant difference was seen(χ^2=4.324, P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acaroid mites have some negative impact on edible fungi cultivation workers, and although the infection rate was lower than that in previous reports, the labor protection was still necessary.
