Li Tieshan was born in 1968. He received the B. S. and M. S. degrees from Qingdao Ocean University in 1992 and Dalian Maritime University (DMU) in 2002, respectively. Now he is a Ph. D. candidate in DMU. His research interests are adaptive control, robust control, vehicle application engineering. Yang Yansheng was born in 1957. He received the B. S., M. S. and Ph. D. degrees from DMU, in 1982, 1985 and 2000 respectively. He is a professor of Navigation College of DMU. His research interests are robust Control and fuzzy control for nonlinear system and marine control. Hong Biguang was born in 1955. He is a professor in Navigation College of DMU. His research interest is vehicle application engineering.
