研究压电材料在柔性悬臂梁结构振动控制中的应用,采用压电有限元方法对压电智能梁的响应进行了数值模拟,在考虑压电片与悬臂梁之间相互耦合作用的基础上,通过有限元软件ABAQUS数值模拟获得压电智能梁在简谐荷载下的响应,并与有关试验结果进行对比来修正压电应变常数及介电常数等参数.通过数值算例对地震荷载作用下压电梁的振动响应进行了数值模拟,结果表明,压电材料对柔性结构的振动控制效果显著,最大控制效率能达到45%左右.
In consideration of the coupling effect between piezoelectric patches and flexible cantilever beams, the response of the piezoelectric intelligent beam under harmonic loads was obtained by numerical simulation with the software ABAQUS. By comparison with test data, the parameters, including the piezoelectric strain constant and the dielectric constant, were modified. Case study on numerical simulation of vibration response of piezoelectric beams subjected to a seismic load shows that the piezoelectric materials are of evident effects on vibration control of flexible structures, and the maximum control efficiency can reach 45 % or so.
