Supply chain management is one of the key contents in the process of engineering construction. This paper firstly identifies supply chain theory elements in construction engineering, then defines construction supply chain concept, and analyze its connotation. Last, compares and analyzes the difference between construction supply chain and manufacturing supply chain, in order to provide theory basis to improve management performance of construction supply chain.
