电动车用感应电机电阻的状态滑模观测新方法

在采用矢量控制的电动车用感应电机驱动系统中,温升等因素会导致绕组电阻发生变化。提出一种新的状态滑模观测器,对电阻进行实时的跟踪与辨识。该观测器以定子电流和转子磁链为状态变量,包括状态观测部分和滑模观测部分,并基于李亚普诺夫方法给出了电阻的自适应调节律和系统的稳定性证明。由于滑模部分的引入,该观测器比常规状态观测器在处理大范围参数变化时具有更强的鲁棒性,能提供更高的辨识精度;同时,滑模部分的待调节参数比常规滑模观测器的要少,结构简单、计算量小。仿真与实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和正确性。

英文摘要:

In the induction motors drive system for electric vehicle with vector controller, the resistance values would vary with the temperature. A new observer, state sliding-mode observer, was proposed to implement the real-time tracking and estimation on resistance values. By using the rotor flux and the stator current as the state variables, the proposed observer consisted of a state observer and a sliding mode observer. The adaptive tuning laws for the resistances and the stability proof were presented using 李亚普诺夫: argument. Since the sliding mode part was introduced, the proposed observer had stronger robustness than the conventional state observer when dealing with large scale parametric variations, and had a simple structure and low computation cost because of less parameters to be tuned than the conventional sliding mode observer. Some simulations and experimental results are presented to verify the validity and correctness of the proposed observer.
