The topological relationship of spatial object is one of the most important aspects in GIS modeling, and it is the basis of spatial inquiry and analysis. The description of spatial relationships has been taken considerable attention in the field of GIS. At present, the research of spatial objects topological relation model was usually abstracted as crisp objects. But, there is fuzziness in special data inevitably when abstracted and generalized into objects in GIS, thus the description of fuzzy objects spatial relationships is also a research focus. In order to describe topological relations between fuzzy objects, the fifth reference literature has put forward an extended 9-intersection model, but it had some disadvantages. Aimed at these disadvantages, rough set theory is used in this paper based on the 4-Intersection-Difference model, a model which can describe the spatial topological relations of certainty and uncertainty region was put forward, and the topological relations of fuzzy objects were discussed.
