通过对山顶点形态特征的分析,基于GIS栅格数据邻域分析和叠置分析功能从DEM中快速提取山顶点。实验结果表明,该方法操作简便、结果准确可靠,提取的山顶点更具有实际的地形意义,可以方便的在DEM中提取各种高差阈值的山顶点信息,是DEM数字地形分析理论与方法的进一步完善,具有很好的实际应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the surface peaks' characters, surface peaks are extracted by neighborhood statistic and overlay analysis based on DEM. The results demonstrate that the extraction method is simple, convenient and effective and the derived peaks show more actual significance. What's more, peaks at different levels can be achieved through different kinds of elevation range thresholds. The method is proved to be of high value and improvement in both theory and methodology of digital terrain analysis based on DEM.
