英文摘要：

In this paper, we studied the optimum preparation conditions of diacylglycerol from methyl stearate and glycerol by using sodium silicate as catalyst. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows： the molar ratio of methyl stearate to glycerol 2：1 ,temperature 220℃ ,reaction time 2.5 hours,and sodium silicate 0.5% the weight of methyl stearate. Under the optimum conditions,the mass fraction of diacylglycerol in reaction product was 49.70%.
