团队已经成为动态环境下企业从事研发活动的基本工作单元,而团队反思是影响团队绩效的一个关键因素。本研究通过借鉴国外相关研究结论、企业访谈与小组讨论,编制测量研发团队反思的问卷。预试样本的探索性分析表明,研发团队反思为三因素结构,即任务反省、过程反省与行动调整。然后通过对正式样本的调查分析,验证了研发团队反思的三维结构模型;分析结果还表明团队反思的三因素对任务绩效与合作满意均能产生显著正向影响,行动调整对团队效率也产生显著正向影响,而任务反省与过程反省对团队效率没有显著影响。
RD teams are important cornerstones of successful organizations,especially for those high technology firms operating in dynamic environments.Team reflexivity—the extent to which teams reflect upon and modify their functioning—has been identified as a possible important determinant of team performance.Some Western researchers have compiled scales on team reflexivity with different dimensions.However,there are few coherent scales that can be used.Moreover,little empirical research has been conducted on this topic in China.And it is unknown whether the same scale that is used in the Western context can be used in the Chinese context.In this study,the structure of team reflexivity was explored in China,and the Team Reflexivity Scale(TRS) was developed.After referring to western scales,we conducted interviews and a survey to obtain items for the TRS.With two different samples in China,empirical and statistical methods are employed to assess the structure and psychometric properties of the TRS.The exploratory factor analysis on the first sample of 25 teams with 197 staff showed that Team reflexivity contains three dimensions.The three dimension constructs were confirmed using a confirmatory factor analysis on the confirmation sample of 115 teams with 115 team leaders and 592 staff.In both samples,three factors of reflexivity were identified.These were labeled task reflection,process reflection and action adaptation.In this study,individual members’ scores on various constructs of team reflexivity were aggregated into the corresponding team level scores,and agreement index(rwg and ICC) among team members legitimize the aggregation.Finally,with second samples,we applied stepwise linear regression to validate the effect of team reflexivity on team effectiveness and team efficiency.Empirical results show that the dimensions of team reflexivity have positive impact on team effectiveness,and action adaptation has positive impact on team efficiency,but task reflection or process reflection has no significant imp
