近年来,二点委夜蛾Athetis lepigone(Moschler)在我国夏玉米田为害严重,但因其幼虫为害的隐蔽性,使化学杀虫剂防效降低,因此本试验开展了二点委夜蛾幼虫植物性引诱剂的研究。采用培养皿法,测定了二点委夜蛾不同龄期幼虫对9种植物试材的行为反应,通过顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用仪相结合比较鉴定了有较高引诱作用的麦秸和灰绿藜的挥发性组分和含量,并用Y-型嗅觉仪测定各植物挥发性物质对二点委夜蛾的引诱活性。结果表明:9种供试植物试材中,麦秸和灰绿藜对二点委夜蛾幼虫引诱率较高。2种植物试材挥发性物质中,(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇(0.1μL/mL)对试虫引诱率最高,达到78.3%,显著高于对照。因此,(Z)-3-己烯-1-醇可作为二点委夜蛾幼虫引诱剂的活性成分和杀虫剂混合使用。
In recent years ,A thetis lepigone (Moschler) has became a major pest that caused serious damage to summer corn in China ,but the control effect of chemical insecticides is lower because of the damage characteristics of the pest .In this study ,the composition and attracting effect of botanical attractants to larvae of A .lepigone were carried out .The behavioral response of A .lepigone larvae to nine kinds of botanical attractants was tested by dish method ,the volatile ingredients of wheat straw and Ch .glaucum were analyzed by HSSPME and GCMS ,and the taxis response of larvae to the plant volatile compound of wheat straw and Ch .glaucum were determined by Ytube olfatometer . The results showed that larvae had higher positive taxis to attractants of w heat straw and Ch .glaucum in the tested plant materials ,in which (Z)3Hexen1ol (0 .1 μL/mL) showed the strongest attractiveness to A .lepigone larvae ,with the luring rate of 78 .3% ,and has significant difference to control .Therefore ,(Z)3Hexen1ol could be used as a composition of botanical attractants to control the larvae of A .lepigone together with pesticides .
