近年来,玉米蓟马对玉米生产造成极大危害.为筛选出防治禾花蓟马的高效药剂,指导田间生产,采用试管药膜法测定了7 种杀虫剂对禾花蓟马的室内毒力.结果表明,药剂处理48 h 后,乙基多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、螺虫乙酯、呋虫胺、吡蚜酮、氟腚虫胺腈和高效氯氟氰菊酯对禾花蓟马的 LC50 值分别为 0.332、0.984、21.132、25.670、27.866、27.940 和 30.973 mg/L.7 种杀虫剂中以乙基多杀菌素效果最好,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的效果较好,这2 种杀虫剂明显优于其他 5种化学药剂.
In recent years, Franklinioll tneuiocnri (Uezl) has severely disrupted maize production. In order to screen highly effective insecticides forguiding agricultural production, the indoor toxicity of 7 kinds of insecticides to F. tneuiocnri was determined by residual flms. The results showed that after 48 h treatment the LC50 of spinetoram, emamectin benzoate, spirotetramat, dinotefuran, pymetrozine, sulfoxafor and lambda-cyhalothrin on F. tneuiocnri was 0.332, 0.984, 21.132, 25.670, 27.866, 27.940 and 30.973 mg/L respectively. In conclusion, spinetoram gave the best anti-pest result, followed by emamectin benzoate, and they were signifcantly better than the others, among the 7 kinds of insecticides.
