为加强黑龙江农作物病虫害监测管理能力,依托黑龙江省植检植保站的网格化监测体系,研究开发了适用于水稻、玉米、大豆等主要作物病虫害的基于Web的在线监测管理系统和基于Android智能设备的终端调查系统。终端调查系统主要采用调查任务的模式用于基层监测点农作物病虫害数据的监测上报,在线监测管理系统对监测数据进行统计分析预警,以及对基层监测点的管理。该系统在黑龙江省58个水稻种植区(县)应用,覆盖了全省600个乡村基层监测点。近3年指导水稻防控面积166.8万hm~2。
In order to strengthen crop pests monitoring ability, relying on monitoring network system built by Heilongjiang Provincial Plant Quarantine and Protection Station, on-line monitoring and management system based on Web and intelligent devices of terminal investigation system and Android were researched and developed for disease and insect pests of major crops, including rice, corn, soybean, and so on. Terminal investigation system was used to report dala of crop pests from base monitoring sites with investigation task model. On-line monitoring system was used for statistical analysis on monitoring data and management of base monitoring sites. The system had been used in 58 rice planting counties and covered 600 base monitoring sites in Heilongjiang province, and offered pests controlling guidance for 1.66 million hm2 of rice in past three years.
