为了补充完善二点委夜蛾实验种群的室内饲养技术,研究了其成虫期补充不同营养对二点委夜蛾产卵期、产卵量和成虫寿命的影响。结果表明,补充5%蔗糖水显著延长了二点委夜蛾成虫产卵前期;补充10%蜂蜜水明显缩短了二点委夜蛾成虫产卵期和雌成虫寿命;补充5%蜂蜜水产卵量明显高于蒸馏水对照处理。比较其单日产卵量,10%蜂蜜水处理提前了单日最高产卵期,同时提高了单日最高产卵量。但5日龄后,其单日产卵量迅速下降,显著低于其他处理,且其总产卵量也显著低于其他供试处理。卵孵化率结果显示,成虫期补充5%蜂蜜水和10%蜂蜜水的卵孵化率均显著高于对照处理。表明成虫期补充蜂蜜水可显著提高二点委夜蛾卵孵化率。综合评价结果认为,二点委夜蛾实验种群室内饲养时,成虫期补充营养以5%蜂蜜水为最佳。
In order to complement and improve indoor breeding techniques of experimental population of Athetis lepigone M~schler, influence of different nutrition supplement in adult stage on reproductive capacity of experimental population of A. lepigone were determined with treatments of 10% honey solution, 5% honey solution, 10% sugar solution, 5% sugar solution and distilled water. Reproductive capacity in this study included spawning period, adult longevity, single female fecundity and egg hatehability. In aspect of spawning period and adult longevity, the adult pre--oviposition period was prolonged obviously by treatment of 5% sugar solution, and the oviposition period and the adult longevity were shortened ctearly by treatment of 10% honey solution. About the fecundity, the single female fecundity increased by treatment of 5% honey solution. Although the highest amount of per-day spawning was improved and date of the highest oviposition amount was brought forward by treatment of 10% honey solution, but the single female fecundity with this treatment was lower than those of the others obviously. The egg hatch ability with treatments of 10% and 5% honey solution were all higher than that with distilled water treatment, which indicated that supplement of honey can improve egg hatchability of A. lepigone. In conclusion, among the treatments, supplement of 5% honey solution for the adults was the best choice for indoor breeding of A. lepigone.
