The paper does a survey on existing digital resources and their utilization of vocational college libraries in Hebei Province.Then it systemically analyzes the status of construction and utilization of the digital resources,and concludes that imbalance of development,self-building special database construction to be strengthened,low in cross database search level,lacking of resource integration,library consortia to be built to achieve resource cooperation and sharing,network subject navigation to be constructed,and so on.
