利用红外光谱及二阶导数谱技术,对贵州7个不同地区的125个烟草样品的红外光谱、二阶导数谱及红外特征峰强度进行了分析.在400 ~3 000 cm-1波数范围内具有605、1 053、1 436、1 616、2 952 cm-1五个明显的特征峰.各地区烟草的二阶导数谱在500 ~1 000 cm-1和1 500 ~2 000 cm-两个吸收带存在差异.其中六盘水、铜仁、遵义三个地区的二阶导数谱在1 500 ~2 000 cm-吸收峰较多.对光谱谱数据进行聚类分析,在一定的距离系数范围内,能很好的将所属“清甜香”型烟区域样聚为一类,说明“清甜香”型风格的烟叶红外特征性非常明显.
IR spectra,second order derivative spectra and the intensity of the IR characteristic peaks of 125 tobacco samples from seven different regions in Guizhou province were analyzed by Infrared spectroscopy.There were five distinct peaks between 3 000 and 400 cm-1 wave number,which were 605,1 053,1 436,1 616 and 2 952 cm-1.The second derivative spectra of tobacco from Tongren and Zunyi had more absorption in 1 500 ~ 2 000 cm-1 wave number than that from other regions.Tobacco samples from "Sweet fragrance" type of tobacco-growing areas could be classified into the same cluster within a certain range of distance coefficient by cluster analysis of spectrum data.
