以金光杏梅为试验材料,采用自然授粉、自花授粉和异花授粉以及花粉萌发试验等方法,对其授粉生物学特性进行研究.结果表明:对金光杏梅进行异花授粉可明显提高其坐果率,自然授粉坐果率比较低,自花授粉不结实,说明金光杏梅属自交不亲和树种;金光杏梅的花粉可以发芽,在处理时间为12h时,花粉萌发率高于10%,说明金光杏梅花粉是成熟的,育性较强,排除了金光杏梅白花结实率低的原因是花粉败育,主要原因可能是自交不亲和所致.
Using Jinguang plum as the material,the pollination biology of Jinguang plum was studied by self- pollination,cross-pollination,natural pollination and pollen germination test.The results showed that: the fruit setting rate of Jingnang plum was significantly increased by cross-pollination,the fruit setting rate for natural pollination is relatively low,and self-pollination is zero,which described that Jinguang plum is self-incompatible specie.At the same time,the results of pollen germination test indicated that the pollen of Jinguang plum can germinate,and at the processing time of 12 h,pollen germination rate of Jinguang plum was higher than 10%,which described that Jinguang plum pollen is mature,the fertility of pollen is stronger, the pollen abortion was excluded to explain why the fruit- setting rate of Jinguang plum by self-pollination is low,and the main reason may be the self-incompatibility.
