The multimedia technology provides highly effective conditions and brand-new teaching methods and means for the width and depth of practical instruction. And the employment of multimedia means in physical education daas can better serve to combine characteristics of the group and the individual as well. Meanwhile, they can highly motivate the students to become the principal part in the dass and fuUy instigate their enthusiasm, which will result in their creative thinking. Multimedia is an effective mean to improve the teaching in physical education with their characteristics of diversity, interaction and integration.
