The multi-media technology has laid a solid foundation for the width and depth of teaching. It provides effective conditions and brand-new teaching methods. In the instruction of Taiji,the employment of multi-media can enable the students with higher motivation,which can at the same time improve the quality of teaching. Its functions can also be found in the fostering of the students~ abilities to learn the relevant knowledge on their own,and their awareness of a lifelong physical education. Multimedia also offers a convenient way of the realization of the standardization and modernization of Taiji instruction.
