采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法等方法,初步构建和分析了“多元化体育教学模式”,并在教学实践中对促进课程多目标的实现效果进行研究和探索。两年的实验研究表明:该教学模式与《指导纲要》体现的课程多目标的特点相适应,在篮球实践课中对实现课程多目标的作用效果显著。
Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, and experiment, this study explored and established initially "multi-dimensional models of physical education". During the teaching practices, this study conducted the studies and exploration on the effectiveness of the multi-dimensional targets of physical education. It is shown through two-year experimental studies that this teaching model accorded with the characteristics of the multi-dimensional targets of physical education. It was found this teaching method is very effective during the experimental practice on the basketball teaching.
