本文采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对四川高校高水平运动队现状及发展进行分析讨论,针对性提出了办队模式、组织管理、经费来源、人才结构、学籍管理、训练比赛、科技兴体等方面存在的问题,提出了构建训练实施者合理的宏观智能结构等对策。

In this paper, we analyze and discuss the status and development of the universities＇ High-level sports teams in Sichuan ,by using questionairs, mathematical statistics and so on .By focus on the promblems in the area of team model ,organizational management, sources of funding ,personnel structure, school management, training-competition and the strategy of invigorating the physical education through sience and technology .the countermeasures like a reasonable Macro-Intelligence structure of the drill master have been proposed.
