新型城镇化和信息化是我国城镇协调发展的基础,也是带动经济增长的重要驱动力。文章运用耦合协调度模型,通过建立新型城镇化和信息化的耦合度评价指标体系,对江苏13个地级市整体耦合的空间表现以及新型城镇化和信息化耦合度、耦合要素做深度分析。研究表明:江苏13个地级市的新型城镇化与信息化耦合度从空间上分为磨合型、相对协调型以及较低水平协调型;从时间上看存在阶段性和波动性特征;新型城镇化和信息化相互融合,各要素间存在密切的关系。
New urbanization and informatization are considered as the foundation of coordinated development of cities and towns in China and the significant driving force to economy development. The paper performs cases studies in the coupling degree between new urbanization and informatization. By building up an evaluation index system of the coupling degree between new urbanization and informatization, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the spatial coupling of 13 cities in Jiangsu province, and their coupling degrees and coupling elements between new urbanization and informatization based on the coupling coordination degree model. From the perspective of space, the coupling degrees of the 13 cities can be divided into 3 types: running-in-type, relative coordination- type and low level coordination-type. In the view of time, they are of periodicity and volatility obviously. New urbanization integrates with informatization, and there is a close relationship among all the elements.
