【Purpose/significance】Data are a kind of important basic strategic resources.In the process of simultaneous development of the ＂four modernizations＇ coordination＂,data governance issues research should be strengthened to enhance data value and create a digital bonus.【Method/process】The paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of urban data,studies the existing data management problem in the process of urban informatization,takes the ＂data governance＂ concept into consideration,and expounds its value.【Result/conclusion】The framework of data governance strategy in the process of new urbanization is put forward,including organization and individual,technology and ability,strategy and process.And then we propose the data governance model with the policy environment support,the specialized personnel training,the related business development and the system platform construction.
