对城镇化进程中信息化发展影响因素进行科学分析。在保证查全率的情况下，从CNKI中搜集到两化相关的论文，根据文中的关键词，结合两化特征建立关键词词库，然后利用C＋＋程序得出词库中各词词频并进行排序，继而构造出城镇化进程中影响信息化发展的主要因素集。最后采用笔者改良后的BD-DEMATEL方法对各因素进行因果关联分析，直观地指出信息化发展各影响因素彼此间重要程度，并提出相应改革意见。

英文摘要：

This paper scientifically analyzes the influencing factors of the informationization in the process of urbanization. Onthe premise of good recall, the paper first retrieves two articles relevant to urbanization and informationization in CNKI, and buildsa keyword lexicon based on the featured keywords in the articles. Then, the paper computes and ranks the keywords frequencies byusing program C ＋＋, and constructs main influencing factor sets for informationization development in the process ofurbanization. Finally, the paper uses the improved BD-DEMATEL approach to analyze causal correlation of influencing factors, anddirectly points out the importance of different factors in urban informationization development and proposes some corresponding re-form strategies.
